The room was well-equipped and even had a complimentary tea/coffee maker. The location was convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Westbahnhof, making it easy to travel by train or bus. The staff was helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay.
The breakfast menu could use some improvement, particularly in terms of variety and options.

This place has a great location, just next to the metro station that takes you straight to the center. We loved how convenient it was to hop on the tram right at the doorstep. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable with a great bed that helped us avoid any back issues. The bath in the room was a wonderful addition, great to relax and recover our muscles from exploring the city. The cleanliness of the rooms was also excellent. The hotel's location next to the underground and tram stations made it convenient for us to visit various sights and explore the city easily. Being near the train station was a major plus as well, especially for our transit day in this city.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was cozy and comfortable, and I had a really restful sleep in the nice and comfy bed. The location was perfect, with lots of restaurants, cafes, and public transportation options nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Florentina and Elena were really good to assist me in a personal difficulty. a wonderful stay!
The food for breakfast could have had a bit more variety.
